Below are details of how our business will be operating during the national lockdown announced on 4th January 2021.
Showroom & Office
In accordance with lockdown restrictions, our showroom will be CLOSED to walk-in customers.
Whilst the restrictions are in place, we are encouraging clients to engage with us by telephone and email.
Our office is open from 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) to take enquiries, prepare estimates/quotations and to process new orders for all areas of our business (fireplaces, worktops, memorials and stonework).
Where it is absolutely necessary to visit our premises as part of an order process, for example to select a material or view a product, we are offering a limited number of private consultation appointments.

All visits to our showroom will be strictly by appointment only, so please do not travel if you do not have an appointment.
We have had a risk assessment carried out and have introduced measures to make our business "Covid-19 Secure" in line with government guidance.
For the safety of staff and clients, we must politely insist that social distancing rules are maintained by clients throughout any visit to our premises and that face coverings are worn. Hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities are available to all clients.
'Call and Collect'
We are continuing to take orders for all of our products on a "supply only" basis, including fires/stoves, logs and fireplace accessories. We are able to process your order by telephone or email and arrange for the contactless collection of your order at our premises. Please call us on 01223 213500 to discuss your requirements.
Production & Installation
Our production and installation services for fireplaces, memorials and worktops continue to operate as normal. This is in accordance with the lockdown guidance, which allows the construction and manufacturing sectors to continue to work, with Covid secure procedures in place. Tradespeople are permitted by the lockdown regulations to continue to enter private households and carry out installations.
