WE HAVE TAKEN THE DECISION TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE OUR SHOWROOM, WORKSHOPS AND YARD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
As a responsible business we continue to monitor all government advice in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak.
It is now clear that it is impossible for us to trade normally without putting the safety of staff and clients at risk. So while it is with regret we have taken this decision, we also recognise that, like everyone else in the country, we need to do all we can to try to stop the virus from spreading and protect our NHS.
We apologise to anyone affected by this temporary closure, but we feel certain everyone will understand that this unprecedented situation is way beyond our control. We will be trying to contact clients with live orders to notify them of the situation, so please bear with us while we go through this process.
We will be carrying out essential memorial removal work on an ad-hoc basis for the funeral trade. But all other manufacturing and installation work has ceased until further notice.
The management team of Ivett & Reed will continue to monitor and respond to email and website enquiries, so please feel free to engage with us if you wish to discuss future work to be carried out once we are able to continue trading normally.
We fully intend to resume normal trading as soon as it is safe and advisable to do so, in line with government guidance.
We will continue to review guidance and provide updates on this evolving situation and we thank all of our valued clients for their patience and understanding.
