Plinths

In architectural terms, a plinth is a base or platform upon which another structure rests, such as a column, monument or statue. A moulded plinth can also be a base for a wall or railings.

Arches are commonly manufactured from dimensional stones such as Ancaster Hard White, Portland and Bath stone.

We hold stocks of these materials in block form, and can create all forms of bespoke architectural masonry to your precise requirements in our Cambridge workshops.

A comprehensive fixing service is available, or we can work to your specification on a supply only basis.

Everyone whom I dealt with at Ivett & Reed have been very professional. The finished fireplace looks amazing - if only all home improvements could be this trouble free.
